NSD® Spinner products are fully warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair or replace the product without charge, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage(s) caused by accident, improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or acts of vandalism. This warranty also does not cover unauthorized attempt at disassembly of the Spinner product, nor does it cover any similar products sold by other distributors of NanoSecond Technology. Damages not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate.
A Return Merchandize Authorization, or RMA, number must be obtained from NSD Power Customer Service at 855-756-9595, and a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the returned merchandize for warranty evaluation. NSD Power US will not accept warranty returns without a copy of the original sales receipt. For warranty evaluation, your Spinner must be returned directly to NSD Power US Warranty Claims, 326 Paseo Tesoro, Walnut, CA 91789. All shipping for Warranty claims must be pre-paid and insured. NSD Power US can not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
